I have been working at Jeanne D'Arc full-time

    Pros

Jeanne D'Arc genuinely cares for its community and employees. Well organized, thoughtful, friendly and compassionate, Jeanne D'Arc works hard to produce a quality service, engaging all levels of the community with the credit union. This is not simply work for employees, but an opportunity to be a part of something bigger in our community.

    Cons

Jeanne D'Arc is a great organization. No real down sides to report.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Benefits & Compensation good co workers, even though to get promoted you need to be a suck up and it's all about who you befriend

    Cons

They say they value employees opinions, but if you disagree with anything Out you go, Bye-Bye

    Advice to Management

Your employees are humans, treat them with respect. What goes up must come down.

    Pros

Pay is high compared to other banks/ credit unions

    Cons

Promotion potential is slow moving, and managers would rather you not get a promotion because they will have to train someone else to fill the position. Coworkers are friendly, however it is a stressful work environment with very poor management.

    Advice to Management

Hire managers with at least some college experience.
