      Pros

      There are great people and specialists at each discipline. They are eager to help and support each other. Work load was not too high. 401K up to 4% and 100% vesting

      Cons

      Medical insurance premium is high. If they do not have work, they will let go easily. They tried to hire people based on expected project. If they do not receive it, they lay off people.

      Pros

      The people in charge of the projects are good people and are experts in their fields. I liked the open door policy because it really helped to speed things up while working on a project to check or verify information with somebody who has decades of experience in their field. 401K was great too, they match 4%

      Cons

      There is really no work stability. While working on one project you better have your fingers crossed that there will be another project waiting after you finish the one you are working on otherwise you will not be kept on overhead for too long.....
