Dealership with a lot of areas to work in, internet department/marketing, finance department, sales, accounting, rental, service and more! Dealerships are well known and look great on your resume. Opportunity to gain experience working with several car brands. Potential to make good money if you put in the effort. A lot of people don't realize car dealerships can be a great career path with potential for great income. There are a good bit of college grads here that chose this as their career.
Hours can be long but the pay potential makes up for it.
i really like the people that i worked with. everyone was really nice.

Good things about working here is you get to interact with the public, see and drive new cars as the arrive on the lot.
While working here u will have many bosses, that all expect you to do numerous different things at one time, and if their requests arent met they will find a way to make u pay for it. Either by replacing you with a new employee without any warning or some how find a way to cut ur pay.
Advice to Management
Management should realize that their employees have a life outside of work, and not expect them to work from 7 am until 730pm monday thru friday and 730am to 5pm on saturdays. When something is expected of an employee , the employee needs to b able to have the proper training and access to that training. An employee shiuldnt have to give their work to someone else and loose their pay for it because management will not give them access to the websites or programs that r needed daily to perform their job. Also if an employee has done something or needs to do something more dont replace them with someone new and move the now old employee else where in the company and cut their pay. This has happened quite a few times that I have seen. Tell the employee what is expected of them. Also constantly asking how much money an employee has made management that day makes employees not want to sell because they dont even get a thank u or a good job. Its never enough, management always wants more and employees arent rewarded or thanked in any way.
