  • Work/life balance is not that great (in 16 reviews)

  • Hours can be really brutal, it is a sweatshop to a degree but then again it is investment banking (long hours are to be expected) (in 18 reviews)

    Pros

    Good culture is required for any organization to grow. Opportunities for capable resources should exist in organisations.

    Cons

    Incompetent management should not be hired or promoted. It is very demoralising for genuinely hard working resources.

    Think broadly and carefully review your resources to ensure you can build on legacy of hard working expert resources.

    -Rotational program 8 different desks
    -10 week program
    -Good name
    -Only 10 Interns per floor

    Cons

    -Not good with giving offers/only give out to crappy desks
    -not so much growth in the analyst level
    -They prefer to seek out the best of the best on other banks

    Advice to Management

    Good presence on the floor and it is felt that it is very open door policy, keep that up

    Amazing management, nice building and location, good benefits

    Cons

    Don't work for the small division business that mgmt may want to shed. They are small and quick to divest of whatever isn't sexy anymore
