Crap Salary (not even close to what Entry Level would be for that type of position) The leadership have no clue about anything when it comes to Application Development. HR Couldn't Care less about you as a person. Company has Year after Year "Best Performing Year for Profits" and yet, the Employees don't see an ounce of benefit from it. IT and Dev ran by Middle to Old age White men who still think its the 90s when it comes to Technology.

Balance between the team members working remotely, full time in the office, and working both in the office and from home. Staff is respectful of each other - no matter what your position is. The average day goes by pretty fast - you are constantly learning and growing as an individual and employee. Overall - I'm very pleased with my journey with Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC.

Needs new carpet and better air quality in the building. Insurance could be better, but I think that is at most places. Really not too much negative to say!

My coworkers/Manages have been extremely helpful in guiding me with my job responsibilities which has helped me to continue to broaden my knowledge in the collection business. Jefferson Capital has also been flexible with work hours, been supportive and has taken great measures to ensure our safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
