    Growing gang problems in schools, disciplinary management was mostly poor not getting to the heart of the problem with kids

    Admin in schools some times will take advantage of you. Make you work every class period. Some will switch jobs assignments on you and put you in a class that the teacher there does not want to teach and put you in that class for the day even though you accepted another class.
