    the students and parents and fellow teachers

    not enough time in the day to get everything done that needs doing. need a lower student/teacher ratio to insure more students are successful.

    Pros

    It's a tenured job and I have supportive coworkers and administration.

    Cons

    Main office micromanages teachers. Technology is so restricted it is hard to do my job.

    Advice to Management

    Spend time in actual classrooms so that your expectations are based on our students and not on a new study or "expert research". Your expectations don't fit our kids!

    Cut the crap. Hire honest people. Observe ethical guidelines. Do more public relations.

    Advice to Principal... Walk the halls, let the students get to know you. Never let anyone sit in your classrooms and you never get a lesson plan from them.
