    work with great people that are friendly and helped me feel comfortable

    Cons

    no upper management, some of the staff is not very nice either to new incoming workers

    Advice to Management

    we would like to see you around, training new incoming people not just dropping us off and letting us figure what it is that our job entails

    The hospital community allows for growth and development in areas not related to direct patient care.

    Cons

    The lack of transparency from external environments produced a genuine lack of confidence and resulted in the growing discontent from the current staff.

    Advice to Management

    Rebrand, reset, get a "do-over" and start again with the right foot forward.
