I have been working at Jersey Jack Pinball full-time

    Pros

Great challenges provide a lot of opportunity to contribute positively Friendly environment Growing rapidly in a field with few competitors Doing great, groundbreaking development in the field

    Cons

Like any late stage start-up, things can be less stable and change faster than in an established company. Things can happen in fits and starts and priorities can change. This is the case with virtually any start-up, even through the late stages.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to keep sensing the market to make sure the products being developed are products customers want. At the same time, they have to remain visionary and develop what people don't know they want yet.

I worked at Jersey Jack Pinball part-time for less than a year

    Pros

I worked in a recreational setting with families. I enjoyed helping guests of all ages to ensure their experience was fun and safe.

    Cons

Game operation needed much upkeep in the midst of attending to multiple guests at once. Some shifts were understaffed. Certain games went out of order and couldn't be fixed right away.

    Advice to Management

Better training of computer system, stocking, and physical handling of games would be beneficial to future employees.
