      MMMmmmmm plenty of breaks

      Cons

      Supervisors don't do much supervising ! They say we are no different than ramp staff ? But you get treated completely different, Ramp staff can sit in crew room until 30 mins before flight lands ! Baggage staff are told to come back from there crew room an hour and half before the first flight as even landed ! and all stand about in the hall

      Advice to Management

      Get a grip on whats going on ? and stop treating baggage staff like they are easy replaceable so it doesn't matter how they are treated

      Can be fun for some.

      Cons

      Break room is like a juvenile detention center. No management.

      Advice to Management

      None really, I think they encourage the atmosphere. Apparently they usually lose 50% of new recruits really quick.
