I worked at JetBlue full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

good flight benefits, good fun activities from IT group.

    Cons

Most of IT Corp SAP product managers are immature and completely gutless. IT Corp SAP product managers incapable of handling disgruntled employees negative attitude that makes new employees uncomfortable. IT Corp SAP Product managers showed extremely biased behavior by assigning more project work to disgruntled old employees and crapy work to new employees who no one wants to do, especially in SAP software area. It is shameful and biased environment where managers takes no action on disgruntled employees behavior or attitudes. Managers wants to get job done, keep their job and go home. ZERO career growth. IT Corp SAP Product managers try to show position power and suppress new employees and taking no action to improve work environment by removing old disgruntled employees or taking any hard action against them. Overall, JetBlue is very nice company to work except IT Corp SAP product environment.

    Advice to Management

Please reevaluate the IT corp SAP product general managers, managers and disgruntled old employees' attitudes and take some action ASAP. Re implement SAP application or move to other ERP application. Many new and existing employees have left the company during the period I worked at JB.

    Pros

Decent flight benefits that are still below industry standard.
People who work in offices away from the day to day operation are very happy (generally) but have no idea what the company really does.

    Cons

Pay is well below industry standard
    Health Benefits
    Vacation Rules
    Retirement
    Seniority is not honored
Management's relationship with the employees is going downhill

    Cons

They can and will call you in for overtime at anytime day or night, regardless if you have just finished a shift or not and yes they will call you in on your days off too.

    Advice to Management

Take better care of your employees; they are not machines, they are just as human as your clients.

I have been working at JetBlue part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Travel Benefits, work from home.

    Cons

Use and abuse. Nobody cares. Specific quotes from upper management. “When your employer says jump, you should say how hi.” “This company doesn’t care about anything outside of what’s going on here.”

    Advice to Management

Do you really want to know why you will never have another JD power and Associates award. Because you treat your lowest employees like pieces on a chest set. Fat culture is not sustainable. Because we are not white or LDS doesn’t mean you should discriminate.
