    I worked at JetBlue full-time

    Pros

Flight benefits is one of the best in the industry, profit sharing pay outs, 401k matching, health bucks come in hand to payoff some medical expenses, and additional discounts and incentives in the traveling market.

    Cons

The hiring process and candidate notification is highly deficient as it can take up to 3-6 months for notifications, interviews, and or placement.

    Advice to Management

Continue to promote the jetBlue values!!!
