    I worked at JetBlue full-time

    Pros

Flying standby for free and on other airlines for a small fee

    Cons

JetBlue is very cliquish, if you aren't friends with the right people you won't go anywhere.

    Advice to Management

Hire based on ability instead of friendship.

    Pros

flexibility, travel benefits and if you dont mind working with people the job itself is entertaining

    Cons

unacceptable health insurance that doesnt cover you. insane deductible. 18 hour work days, the company doesnt care about your well being or safety. no union means they can do what ever they want with you. you can be fired for nothing. you dont matter. you are just a number. its all about the money.

    Advice to Management

have some integrity. jetblue lacks most of its "5 values" there is no caring, no integrity and no passion.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This company used to be fun to work for.

    Cons

Too much nepotism. The only way to move in this company is through friendship. Some of the supervisors andmanager are incompetent. They talked about values but they don't followed them No intergrity. I can wait until I can find new job.

    Advice to Management

Learn to be one. Keep your word, don't give lip service. Lying to employees are not intergrity.

I worked at JetBlue full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Amazing benefit package, 401k 5% match , Roth, Stock discounts, flying benefits , Medical, dental, vision

    Cons

Lack of leadership knowledge with lower level Team leaders who over see flight attendants. lack of support when on workers comp , no union, rules can change instantly. Flight attendants tell on each other.

    Advice to Management

When hiring lower level Team leaders. They should have at least 3 to 5 years of inflight hands on in order to understand their team in a better and fair manner. One of the values is caring many times you feel careless.

I would suggest, more training opportunities within JetBlue to help crewmembers be able to more easily be able to grow their career's within this great Company.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Was a fast-growing fun company with great values.

    Cons

Is no longer a fast-growing fun company with great values. Pilots are vastly underpaid compared to all other major US airlines, and contract talks have dragged on since 2015 with no end in sight.

    Advice to Management

Don't let the pilots strike, settle for a fair contract.
