    I worked at JetBlue full-time

    Pros

    Great co-workers.
    Fun and fulfilling work.
    Fun passengers.
    Great layovers.
    Never take your work home.
    Inventive and progressive company.
    Great leadership.
    Professional and well-oiled machine.
Employees are kept well-informed by the company.
Ability to volunteer for great charities.
Free flying domestically, very small cost to fly internationally and on other carriers.
Great looking uniforms (with yearly allowance).
    Make your own schedule.
    See the world.
In time of need, employees are supported in many ways.

    Cons

Health Benefits are very costly compared to relative companies.
    Too much turnover of supervisors.
PTO given, but no sick or personal days are allotted.
No crew bases in mid-US--all bases are solely on West or East coast. Be prepared to live where you want, but you will not be paid for your commute or reimbursed for near-base housing. Best to live near base to make decent money.
Underpaid compared to all other major airlines.
Promotions are for "favorites," no matter how great an employee you are or how well you have networked yourself with the right people.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Obviously the perks and also benefits. The opportunities of growth within the company. The hiring process being effective and efficient. How welcoming and caring they all are.

    Cons

I honestly don't have any cons so far. Well, only con is not having international flights but I'm sure they will soon extend other horizons.

    Advice to Management

I honestly want to congratulate everyone who work for this company. I can see you guys put great effort in hiring the correct crew membersto represent jetBlue.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Has strong culture that effectively encompasses the five values of the organization. Flight benefits are great. Supportive leaders and inclusion of lower level employees in decision making processes.

    Cons

Compensation and benefits are poor. Attempts to run very lean, effectively making employees feel overworked and undervalued. Lack of transparency and focus on positives rather than addressing opportunities for improvement is the biggest downfall of the organization.

    Advice to Management

Focus on improving transparency and set the tone of continuous improvement. Communicate initiatives, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement rather than producing work for the sake of producing. What is the impact? Ask yourselves what worked, what didn't, and what can we do better next time?
