I have been working at JetBlue part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The travel benefits and flexible schedule make this company a joy to work for, I have been able to experience some of the most amazing places and people since working for Jetblue

    Cons

Pay could be better (considering fast food workers are now making $15 an hour at many places)

    Advice to Management

Seriously a raise would be awesome! I know a lot of other airlines are paying more and not charging for buddy passes.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A diverse and generally fun group of people.

    Cons

Station crew and facilities are overextended. We keep adding more flights, but we are often short on crew members, do not have enough gates and don't have enough (or any) aircraft available for backup. This results in delays and cancellations that should be avoidable.

    Advice to Management

    Set us up for success

I worked at JetBlue (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Modern uniforms. Updated aircrafts. Great destinations.

    Cons

Medical benefits need better coverage and much lower or non existant premium. Coaching policy needs lots of improvement. Collaborative representation is a must as there are loopholes on policy against employees. Some managers need to be replaced for more affable ones. Take care of your employees and they be more happy. Etc...

    Advice to Management

In need to replace the managers that create uneasiness and uncomfortable work environment. MCO.

    Pros

Free flights and great culture. Get well rounded perspective on the business.

    Cons

Pay is ok. Just barely competes with industry standards. But free flights makes it worth it. And the culture is great.

    Advice to Management

    More growth opportunity.

I have been working at JetBlue part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Training
    Work from home
    Flexible hours
    Benefits
    Profit sharing

    Cons

    Low pay
Advancement opportunities are often "acting" positions
Shift bids can be rough until you gain seniority

    Advice to Management

Pay employees better. The profit sharing and bonuses are WONDERFUL but because you cannot count on them it's hard (impossible) for someone to work for the company if you are the only or main wage earner in the family. It's also unfair when so many of the opportunities for advancement that come up are "acting" positions so you end up getting your regular pay while performing another job. Otherwise, the company is wonderful!
