I have been working at JetBlue full-time

    Pros

The Core Values are fantastic, they have an excellent people team and want to know that all employees are inspiring humanity.

    Cons

Room to grow in my current role due to it being a background in higher education.

I worked at JetBlue (More than a year)

    Pros

I loved working for JetBlue. They do a really great job of appreciating their employees and improving morale.

    Cons

The travel was hard to use, don't work at JetBlue just for that. When you are in customer service you will likely talk to mostly upset people. That can weigh on you sometimes.

    I worked at JetBlue full-time

    Pros

team leads, base options (JFK, BOS, MCO, FLL, LGB), great coworkers, cute uniform, 1st raise after 6 months then every year, ability to easily communicate with senior management, the company will work with you in so many ways to ensure that your life is going well and you are happy, ability to move into other departments easily, amazing flight benefits, great health benefits, ability to take time off quite easily

    Cons

not the highest pay, but very good nonetheless, long hours and a lot of time away from home, but this is to be expected as a flight attendant

    Advice to Management

keep on being wonderful, you guys rock

I worked at JetBlue full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great group of people to work with. Good schedule and great perks

    Cons

Depend on what department you work, you might be face with favoritism based on your ethnicity. Sad but true

    Advice to Management

Stop the non sense. Promotion should be based on Merritt

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

One of the nicest offices I have ever worked in. The people are very friendly for the most part. Flight benefits are very cool.

    Cons

Upper level management will lie right to your face and keep you in the dark on everything you need to know. The pay is extremely LOW for being a recruiter. Watch out for the rats in the company, don't trust ANYONE. If you're thinking of becoming a recruiter for JetBlue think of another company to join (flight benefits are not worth the BS!!)...they will give you an extremely high number of requisitions that are impossible to fill with the resources that are at hand. There is more administrative nonsense to deal with more than anything and a ton of redtape to cut through that will your job infuriating. Unless you're going for an upper management role, turn and RUN as fast as you possibly can!!!

    Advice to Management

Need to be more transparent with your employees.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    flight benefits, some good people/leaders

    Cons

lack of salary, turnover, 1 employee doing 2-3 jobs, corporate politics, was lack of pay clear

    Advice to Management

If you want to keep quality people, take a look at salary, how many positions one person is doing for the price of 1/2 a legitimate salary, work life balance and opportunity. No funding for training and development is absurd.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time

    Pros

Every leader from the President to your peer is encouraging, supportive, and genuinely care for the well-being of our Customers, Crewmember, and Company. Excellent benefits and opportunity for professional growth. Flexible hours that support great work/life balance.

    Cons

Salaries don't seem to line up with competitors. Crewmembers are overextended in their areas of responsibility to the point that it is challenging to uphold commitments.

    Advice to Management

Please review salaries so that we are in line with others in the industry (Hint, hint. Southwest). If you want to provide excellent, world class Customer Service stop piling on additional responsibilities i.e. If you hire someone to be a Reservations Agent stop using them as a generalist. There is a reason why we have other support departments such as True Blue etc.
