Jetking is the only company I have worked till know where management is keen in developing their Human Resource. The Great Mr. Suresh Ji Bharwani always tried that each of his employee learn something beyond their regular job role. I will always miss that Friday evening 15 minute session where each employee is asked to share his learning or view point and marking SGB to his employee for extra reading in Magazine or in article.

What I missed is an opportunity to make decision and be responsible for that.

good staff and facility, infrastructure is really good at main HQ in Mumbai . The main office is constructed really well. Quality education is ensured ,there are frequent reviews by main and regional office and quality of local centers is kept in check..
Cons
While the construction is good , the location is not . Jetking in hubli is not situated in a prime location , the area nearby the centre is a dump .
