    I have been working at Jeunesse (More than a year)

    Pros

    The products are cutting edge science. Anti-aging at it's best. Absolutely top notch. Still family owned with amazing founders. In over 120 countries and counting.

    Cons

    The comp plan was designed with professional network markers in mind. Very difficult to retail the products due to the price point. The average person will find it very difficult to make a living. Customer service is a nightmare. Shipping times and rates are very high. Products are sold on Amazon and EBay competing with distributors

    Advice to Management

    Revamp the comp plan to include fast start bonuses and incentives to get people making money right out of the gate. Have a system where if you sign X number of people, your autoship is free. Total overhaul of customer service and their policies. FIRE the 3rd party that is handling the sample program. They are the worst in the industry.

    Pros

    The products are awesome and they actually work like they say they would.
    I use all the facial products and love them..
    I get to meet lots of great people snd make great friendships.

    Cons

    Sometimes it's difficult getting people interested because they think it's too good to be true. So I send out lots of free samples of Instantly Ageless and my customers love trying it before having to pay for it.

    Advice to Management

    Up lines are awesome and always there when you need them.
