I have been working at Jeunesse full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I searched 10 months to find a company like this one - many people told me that it wasn't possible to find a great company with everything I wanted but Jeunesse was it! The facilities, technology, global presence, benefits, colleagues.... everyone here is GREAT and I don't know of any colleagues here who are unhappy! That says a lot :)

    Cons

    None - I love it!

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up!

    Advice to Management

hire more people, give your workers realistic workload so people can come to work, work hard, and have work/life balance.

I have been working at Jeunesse full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are no pros to working here, please stay away!!

    Cons

Management and Upper Level employees do not care about you, you are a number that is it. I've been employed here since the end of last year and within the first week on the floor I knew i was in trouble. HR is a major problem within the company. Everyone is family - everyone tries going to HR for advice or help and are turned away or told "I'll look into it" and nothing gets resolved. it's very upsetting that a company would run this way... I hope people take these reviews seriously as I can tell you first hand that there are all accurate.. I have no idea who posted the first review about the company and how awesome it was but it was obviously an upper management or HR person. I didn't take these reviews seriously and I should have PLEASE find a job that actually values their employees. Pay is completely terrible.

    Advice to Management

Nearly everyone on the 3rd floor is miserable and all talking about looking for new positions. Maybe take these comments and reviews seriously and listen to your employees. There are atleast 4 people (that I know of, and i've only been here since November 2017) who are currently working with lawyers suing Jeunesse and have documentation of every conversation. There is is even someone on the third floor who has a recorder and records any and all conversations. INSANE.

    Pros

    Not much to say here.

    Cons

Ccap stands for Corporate Customer Acquisition Program. We were given the opportunity to pay a fee to lease customers in bundles. Each bundle has 4 customers. Twice every week they held zoom meetings telling us what we could expect to earn if we participated in this program. This is what we were told to expect:
    Average commission per customer: $40 - $60
Average repeat business from each bundle: 60% to 80%

This is what I received participating in this program:
    Average commission per customer: $18
Average repeat business per bundle: 0%

Are these people you want to partner with?

    Advice to Management

    None

I worked at Jeunesse (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits, some people really are great.

    Cons

Favoritism is the main factor. You have to know the right people to work here, other wise you’re doomed to basic positions and no advancement opportunity. Jeunesse is the definition of nepotism. Instead of being encouraged into doing a good or better job, you’re consistently being criticized, judged and being discouraged. Working in customer service means you’re at the bottom of the food chain, literally. Horrible department.

    Advice to Management

    Management needs the most improvement.

    I worked at Jeunesse full-time

    Pros

    Good location
    Fun people
    Free product
    Decent benefits

    Cons

They hired me but didn't tell me the first week was a trial period to test me out. They said I asked too many questions about benefits and seemed uninterested in the training. I was taken back by this and the fact that they ended my employment for something like that. Now I'm out a job with no warning.

    Advice to Management

Don't hire people to "test them out" Also, have you ever heard of warning someone before just firing them? I was so excited to promote Jeunesse. You guys made me believe in this company in only a week and then you tell me I can't be apart of it. Fix the way you hire.
