I worked at Jewish Community Center of Staten Island part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very friendly colleagues, members are considerate, and there is great job stability. The job is enjoyable as long as one is doing the job properly.

    Cons

If you have trouble paying attention or cannot complete the lifeguarding course, then the job is not best suited for that individual.

I worked at Jewish Community Center of Staten Island as an intern

    Pros

Any job is good for experience... even this one.

    Cons

Staff can be unprofessional and not welcoming. They speak negatively about others in other languages assuming people will not understand what they are saying. ( I understood every word.
Getting there without a car is difficult; specially during the winter.
