    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Jewish Family Service Of Los Angeles part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, kind management, great union. Have the potential to grow, work with interesting people, working with helping people.

    Cons

Not a lot of hours offered. Opportunity for growth does exist, but takes a lot of time sometimes. Very corporate when it come to reviews.

    Advice to Management

Hopefully provide part time employers with more hours. Not call a 6 month review a probationary period, sounds and feels very negative.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Jewish Family Service Of Los Angeles as an intern

    Pros

I did my first-year field placement here for my MSW program (at the WHCSC location). I learned more than I could have ever possibly imagined-so much hands on experience in a challenging yet supportive environment. The West Hollywood location is a bit isolated from the rest of the organization, which I liked. If you have a chance to intern here, do it! You won't regret it.

    Cons

the site could do with one or two more employees.

    Advice to Management

Allocate more resources for this site to expand its work!
