I have been working at Jiffy Lube full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I absolutely loved the staff I worked with, all of my coworkers treated everyone like family and had your back. If you don't mind mindless manual labor then this would probably be great for you, you do get to learn quite a bit if you want to which is great!

    Cons

The owners at my current store location are kinda stupid, there have been multiple times when the orders were messed up and so we were out of stock on things that are pretty necessary like oil. The store owners are also unreliable when it comes to raises, hiring, and firing. someone was promised a raise and then the owner changed his mind (about a month after the request was put in and supposedly already approved) granted their sales were only at the passing mark instead of surpassing expectations but still not cool. someone else got a write up because a customer complained that the stores prices were too high which is obviously something that we have no control over (we would get in trouble for giving out discounts too), there were also times when people working there did not know what they were doing or were messing up multiple times and having other employees pick up their slack that stayed around for way too long while a couple people were fired for pretty ridiculous reasons. I would highly recommend being a suck up to owners and management if you ever work there and like I said, need to be willing to put up with some stuff.

    Advice to Management

You do your stuff we do ours, and be reasonable
