    Pros

    Great atmosphere, intelligent employees that know their way around the business

    Cons

    At a transition period, and because of this, were fairly disorganized at times

    Pros

    Lots of great people, paid above average for a homebuilder in the Central Texas area.

    Cons

    Bought out by Century Communities and went down hill fast, Office pushed jobs out prior to having all of the selections, purchase orders and, plans completed or correct and forced unrealistic closing dates on construction staff and customers leading to poor customer satisfaction and too much work needing to be completed after closing.

    Pros

    Great Pay and vacation.
    Little supervision

    Cons

    Owner has major personal problems that effect his management decisions.
     Mid level managers are unqualified to manage employees. Always have to watch your back. Little or no support in the field.

    Advice to Management

    Need to replace current management with managers that are able to "manage"
