    Pros

    Modern equipment and a lot to learn from it.
    Jajpur plant being the largest in India (for SS production) it will be a nice place to start for a core engineer (manufacturing sector)

    Cons

    6 days a week (though more than enough holidays are given)

    Pros

    Jindal Stainless is the very good company for any new join and ample of opportunity is there to learn and grow in organization. There is good support of the management for all Top performer and fast growth in the organization.

    Cons

    In the subsidiary of Jindal Stainless long term growth opportunity is not very good. The carrier after some times feel like stagnant. Opportunity to learn and grow are not very much.

    this is a new company only started around 2009 so there is too much politics involved from old employees who will retire from here only after 20–25 yrs.Never engage with them.Here words spread more quickly than fire.
    hr deptt is extremely corrupt.
    people at the hod level loot a lot of money from the company and especially old employee and they dont have any knowledge.
    people sleeps in night shifts and nobody cares.

    they themselves are the one who loot money from the organisation.
    they are the most corrupt.
