    Pros

    Great Learning atmosphere. People are very friendly and cooperative.You tend to learn a lot if you are interested and willing to.

    Cons

    Overall good experience but you tend to get bored after while working there for long time. Compensation is average neither high nor too low.

    Accomodation is top notch. Above average compensation package. Good learning opprtunities in upcoming projects.

    Cons

    Marred in work-politics. Unprofessional behaviour on part of several senior employees. Lacks cohesiveness. Few extra-work facilities. Little time to enjoy them. Lack of training structures and mentorship for new recruits. Remote location with few leaves.
