    Good environment,career growth,salary,Heath benefits,nice work.

    Cons

    Work pressure little bit,salaries at no time,travelling time is more,13hrs a day if required,No shift operations some times.

    No proper boundaries defined for work. Also very less system and softwares support available. Hierarchy culture.

    There is job security; company has fired employees before in times of severe crunch but which company hasn't.

    Cons

    The company is very orthodox like most steel and manufacturing companies in india are. Company is bureaucratic and is a typical "lala company"
