I worked at Jiten Hotel Management part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Met some nice co-workers, but other than that I CANNOT think of anything else for PROs.

    Cons

Management didn't care about you. All positions were part time so you don't get benefits. Yearly raise was a joke. $0.19
Let you take all the blame from angry customers while MGMT stays in the office. Even if you worked over 8 hours for the day, the pay stayed the same (Ie: when you end up (forced) into doing a double shift)

    Advice to Management

Management should care more about the workers who work(ed) hard for you. Give them respect and dignity. Pay more attention to them.

    Pros

Great co-workers and guests. Company does strive to improve its service

    Cons

Poorly managed. Worked for one of their hotels years ago. No improvement.

    Advice to Management

Hire managers who are used to dealing with guests and working in a hotel

I worked at Jiten Hotel Management full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits after 90 days, Discounts on Hotels

    Cons

The Corporate and Upper Management are very inconsistent with its policies and procedures and most not even qualified for the position. You have people at corporate making decisions about hotel and restaurants which they have never once worked in. I had been a loyal employee for a year without disciplinary action, i had received two raises and was terminated without reason, for this i have file a complaint with the EEOC for discrimination. If you look online there is a discrimination case which the company lost. Very poor communication, and overall a horrible place to work.

    Advice to Management

Management and Corporate really need to improve their professionalism in this industry. Hire qualified managers who know what they are doing and who are actually leaders.
