I have been working at Jo Malone part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Friendly Non competetive No pressure Simple straight forward selling approach Lovely services (hand and arm massage) which allows you to connect with customers Nice team

    Cons

Low pay Long hours Can feel like a cash an wrap service due to customer wanting to gift mainly. Especially thought out Xmas period when it gets busier. Wrapping wash item though out the year feel tedious sometimes takes away from what you can offer as a individual (high levels of customer service) as appose to a wrapping service Can feel like a job more then a career No structured training provided for part timers
