    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Job Corps full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Even though there is a lot of work, the job is fun and extremely impactful.

    Cons

It is hard to develop boundaries with the students. At first, they tested me a lot to see where my boundaries were.

I worked at Job Corps part-time for more than a year

    Pros

You get to meet some amazing students wanting to do better for themselves.

    Cons

This place is over run by crooks, a director that doesn't care, and employees that are only there for a paycheck. There is too much gossip amongst these adults that make it difficult to work. This place is run by ghetto uneducated conniving staff. They are the problem and not the students as they make it out to seem

I have been working at Job Corps full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The working environment and co-workers are friendly and create an atmosphere that is energetic and inspiring. Job Corps holds its employees and students to a high standard and promotes among all other values, respect. The hours are great and you spend a large portion of the work day out on trips such as bowling, movie going, lazer tag, ect.

    Cons

Sometimes management can seem to be disorganized. Students can be difficult and disciplinary action has to be taken. You may have to disappoint students because not everybody can attend rec trips. The pay could also be better.
