- None I can think of, sadly
Cons
- Detached, glacial UK CEO who has worked out of a meeting room alone for months as she does not want to speak to any of her team
- No visibility on what the management team is working on
- Atmosphere in the office is horrible: people work for the money and it's obvious no one actually wants to be there
- Grim office with no working wifi
- Poor compensation, no bonus and virtually no perks at allAdvice to Management
Actually get to know your team and show you care if you'd like them to work harder. The UK CEO told all of us we should leave if we weren't enjoying our jobs, and admitted she had doubts about staying in the business herself!

Very friendly and adaptable. quickly found me a more suitable job contractually when I needed a spouse visa for my wife

I liked my team, nothing like an awful work environment to help you bond.

Where do I start?
-Poor management
- Do not listen to input
-Change what they offer on a day to day basis (try telling a client you promised last week posting on the app was completely free, that actually, they now have to pay 200 pounds).
Also if you see any "positive" reviews, please know that as an employee at JT I was told I had to write a positive review of the company's app (while someone stood over my shoulder and watched me). So most of those reviews are utter trash.Advice to Management
Your app is like if tinder and the worst recruitment agent you have ever met had a baby.
