Pros
The people at JT is its main asset. You get to work with really smart people, but humble at the same time, giving you full ownership over your goals. You get a set of challenges rather than a set of tasks, which is one of the things I like most. You could be as creative as you want, just always be focused on your final goals and impact of each decision, whilst being super data-driven on your decisions.
Cons
Sometimes it might look a bit chaotic but that I guess that is the other side of the coin of giving full ownership regardless of the seniority. Trying to disrupt an industry that could potentially change the lives of millions of people is not easy.

Jobandtalent is a big family. Great place to learn and improve. I've been working at Jobandtalent for 5 years starting as a trainee and currently managing a project. I'm very grateful for the opportunity given and the challenges experienced that have helped me to grow.
Cons
For people not used to quick changes and fast environments, it can be hard!

I have been working in Jobandtalent for 2 years now and I am still learning new things every day. The group of people working together and the endless possibilities of growth are the best part of it. They are always willing to listen to new ideas and to let you embark on new projects if you feel you have something good to give. It's a very welcoming and flexible environment to work in and the team is great.
Cons
Like any start-up, a lot of processes are yet to be established and it can get a bit messy but every time there is an issue a solution is given so everything keeps improving.
