Transparency is key and Jobvite delivers that. JV loves taking care of their employees. Remote workplace Mentorship from senior leadership Ability to move up in the company with a roadmap to get there.

Some change due to recent acquisitions, but that's what happens when you're growing and expanding the footprint in the recruitment tech space.

Pros
There are some really nice people who work there.
Cons
Leadership turnover is nearly constant. The organization is dealing with a lot of growing pains from merging so many companies together and can feel quite volatile. There is also no 401K match which is rare these days.

Pros
Stable solid company with a good leadership team. In the last year they have invested significantly in growing the product and arming the sales team to be successful. It is a fair opportunity for an experienced sales person and sales reps are seeing success. Overall, it is a really good company culture where even in a time of Covid isolation I have see people reach out to try to take care of each other.
Cons
The benefits are ok but they are missing a 401K match which is behind other companies of similar size in tech.

I enjoyed my time at Jobvite. Management trusts their direct reports and that sentiment trickles all the way down.

I left the company because I ultimately did not care about the company's mission. I felt entirely indifferent about helping other companies hire employees.

Pros
There are a few kind, collaborative, supportive people in the business, but finding them depends on what team you are working in.
Cons
Everyone is siloed and nervous about losing their piece of the pie. No 401K match is amazing for a company this size. No overall strategy for the business and some nasty holdovers from acquisitions
