    Pros

    Good to there employees, benefits 401(k) short term and long term disability, health care. Flex time start, summer hours. Could not ask for a better owner of the company.

    Cons

    Some departments work from home but not all.

    Advice to Management

    Re-evaluate salaries to help keep current employees.

    Jockey is a wonderful company. They are family oriented and truly care about their employees. They offer competitive pay. They have very flexible schedule.

    Cons

    There are no cons to this company. It truly is the best company I have ever worked for. No cons to mention.

    Great company to work for with long standing history...

    Cons

    No support for AM when issues arise in your store. AM doesn't support store manager when there are employee issues.

    Company is family-owned for decades and really cares about the employees. Has many perks and programs not usually seen in retail environments.

    IT technology & some methodology a bit old school but improving
