I worked at Jocks and Jills full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The pay is usually great and the hours are flexible. Management is great to work with(unless you get in their bad side) all my managers are just fun to be around. The kitchen staff is the same way.

    Cons

Some of the guests: since its in a corporate area especially near the airport, you see a lot of usually good tippers but not always nice. Some workplace drama, but that's anywhere you go, we're all usually in good moods.

    Advice to Management

Keep a level head and stay smiling, it keeps the workplace in a good mood too. I'd say the same to other employees as well, even if it is a fake smile.
