I worked at Joe's Jeans part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None, literally nothing about this company was good.

    Cons

    Trash Management
    Underpaid
    Terrible Product
To keep a clientele book for selling denim was beyond pointless, people aren't looking for jeans everyday at 200$.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees better, you will have better results.

I worked at Joe's Jeans full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Loved working here. Unfortunately the store was shut down in March 2016. Great team, comfortable work area, pay was decent, clothes were good. My manager was the best

    Cons

The brand probably needed to advertise itself more to stay in business. No one really knows what Joes Jeans is, but were a high-price brand.

I worked at Joe's Jeans full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

We had one of the highest grossing locations throughout SoCal. The team was amazing and the customers were huge fans. Upper management (corporate) was never interested in suggestions from managers, though. It was still an overall amazing experience and I am grateful to have worked with my team.

    Cons

Corporate doesn't take well to suggestions or advice from sales associates

    Advice to Management

Make everyone feel like they are valued and bring something beneficial to the table. It will increase sales and boost productivity.
