    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Johanson Technology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Open Door policy, Flexible work Schedule, excellent 401k, provide holidays, vacation, sick time. Same as most manufacturing companies.

    Cons

Prior management left fear factor on current staff, management is working on changing that.

    Advice to Management

The transition from the prior CEO to the current CEO so far going smoothly. Be more transparent with your team from the bottom to the top. Everyone wants to know how they can contribute to the goal.

I worked at Johanson Technology full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Well at least the job paid every 2 weeks..if there is anything else it didn't present itself in my time there.

    Cons

Senior Management is inept at motivating their people properly. Upper management doesn't voice to senior management what is needed by employees. Pay is ridiculously low and no basis on how anyone is paid. They don't want talent they just want a warm body at the cheapest rate possible.

    Advice to Management

Wake up and get back to the basics. If you take care of your people they will break their backs for you and the company. Treat all employees the same. No favoritism.

    Pros

If I think of any, I'll let you know.

    Cons

Small company culture - which some may like - was not for me. Low paying, particularly for floor employees. Mid-level salaries were not great either, but you could live off them. Bosses play favorites big time. HR routinely had issues with paychecks for new employees, so keep your eyes open for that.

    Pros

This company does not value its employees. It is just a place to work.
    nothing good for this company.
they are bunch of thieves who don't care about their employees. They underpay their employees and don't care. Management will stab you in the back. they take the work credit for their favorite ones to move them up in the company.

    Cons

After I delivered the process they had been wanting for years, they fired me. Management is out of touch and they have little respect for their employees. HR office was a joke, very unresponsive
    don't work for this company.
    horrible constant lies.
    look employment else where
they take your idea and project and tell you that you are not qualified.
they are cheap people with no culture of engineering in their mind.
all they want is just to use you and leave you alone and send you home.

    Advice to Management

value your employees. Quit because you are the reason for the failures. You are the boss, it is your fault.

    Pros

There is nothing good for this company. They expect you to be their slaves.

    Cons

    Old dated equipments.
    Cheap people.
    No engineering culture.
They watch you all the time. Whatever you do for these people they won't appreciate.
Computers are old and you can't communicate with managers.
They try to save money on everything and pay you as less as possible. VPs of marketing micromanages and think that you are not qualified.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees instead of firing them.
