I have been working at John Abbott College part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Teachers care about students and meetings are all about how to create better and more exciting curricula for students, beautiful campus, good pay (however confusing pay scales especially those who teach smaller courses), HR department helpful and easy to connect with. Welcoming atmosphere.

    Cons

Parking should be free; we are in a remote location. Worst negotiation deal with health insurance, which barely covers anything and employers doesn't subsidize it which means you can pay about 250$ a month! And this doesn't include dental or life insurance.
