I worked at Johnson Controls full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Johnson Controls is a large company with many resources for the tech to tap into. Their is plenty training for those who want or need it.

    Cons

Being a large company their is not much room for the personal touch that you get with a small company.

    Advice to Management

Be more responsive to your customers needs.

    reward the employee finacially.

  10. Helpful (1)

    Pros

Down to earth people who are always willing to help as long as you put in the work. They treat their employees very well

    Cons

The onboarding process is quite extensive. Not all crucial information is disclosed in the contract either. HR did answered every question to the full extent with honesty even providing some additional tips.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to organize more cross team meetings because communication is lacking across teams many times. This decreases productivity.
