    Pros

Diverse, Great Lunch, and Wonderful Place.

    Cons

Low Pay and Too Much Turn Over.

    Advice to Management

The Turnover Needs To Be Addressed. When getting rid of FT workers and bring on contractors in their place is not good for moral.

I worked at Johnson Controls full-time

    Pros

Over the last decade a very good place to work with a great deal of opportunity,

    Cons

The Tyco merger has changed things dramatically. It was not so much a merger as a take over by Tyco. Really bad morale and leadership does not seem to care. It will be interesting to see where the company in five years but now would be a good time to avoid working there if you can.

    Pros

Large, global organization, great deal of opportunity

    Cons

Very old school thinking in terms of remote working, all growth opportunities are in Milwaukee. Not advanced in terms of diversity and inclusion.

    Pros

Great benefits, with excellent working environment. Pays well for the industry. Large company to allow for advancement opportunities depending on location.

    Cons

Corporate settings that will make you feel like a commodity sometimes. The company continues to shift and change leaving uncertainty in job security. Unless working in the HVAC industry, all other departments are not as important.

I worked at Johnson Controls (More than a year)

    Pros

awesome co-workers. decent overnight pay. Easy to advance/climb ladder.

    Cons

TIme off policy is bull. Writes up employees for missing work due to extreme weather. (There was a state of emergency called in our area. The absences were not excused.)

    Advice to Management

Don't make your employees pay for a hotel room out of their own pocket in dangerous, STATE OF EMERGENCY weather to avoid a write up. NO Bueno.
