Good environment with friendly employees. Management very flexible. I asked during the interview if J&J upholds their credo and the interviewer responded yes. Nothing during my experience there would contradict this.

Hypocrites and too much pride

Nice people, lots of young people that distract you from working. All they talk about is sports bettings, making jokes any how much money they think they are worth.
Cons
Financial Systems are the worst, management is not supporting and doesn't care about the employee. Yeah you can grow after 2 years but without learning anything. If you didn't start your career with J&J you don't belong there and you get treated as such.

Working for J&J is one of the best option you an chose - it is wealthy company offering to its employees wide range of benefits and support.
Cons
If you work for the Global Services center, then the salaries are lower than you would have in the HQ or in other main branches. Another cons - J&J hires in their Global Service centers very junior employees (totally unexperienced) and this damages the overall company's culture (at least in Prague)
