      Student-oriented with great staff. Benefits are not as expensive as other places.

      Cons

      Raises and promotion process can be difficult. Hiring process also a hassle.

        Pros

        Very nice, approachable staff. Students are dedicated and diverse. Pay was near average compared to other community colleges. Facilities are nice.

        Cons

        None that I can think of, other than would have preferred full time.

      I have gone through several interviews (4 so far) for a position within my current company. I would say the interviews were good but I can’t tell if the interviewers were just being polite as I am an internal candidate. HR informed me they will share feedback and “potential next steps” in 10 days as finishing 1st round w/ others. The word potential led me to believe I am being silently rejected and they are waiting for the process to be over to tell me they have chosen someone else. Thoughts?

      I finished third round of interviews but realized there’s an experience that isn’t on my resume (since it’s not directly related to the jobs I’m applying for) nor did I mention it in the interview process, but it would actually be great for me to leverage and demonstrates a relevant skill for the role. Is it worth emailing and dropping a quick note about it, or should I leave it?
