    I worked at Jollibee full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    -Filipino culture oriented, nostalgic of the Filipino values and service back home -Regular customers whom you build rapport with

    Cons

    -Need to offer more competitive benefits for full time employees availability of management positions (i.e. assistant manager) was contingent to how much profit the store makes -very demanding hours and job responsibilities which pay is not enough to compensate -no work-life balance
