    Nothing is good about this place, the opportunities are there but not possible

    Cons

    The training is not sufficient at all. The management does not know how to help when you are struggling

    I met some great friends. Music was okay. It was close to home but that’s honestly about it. Way more cons than pros.

    This ‘company’ is an absolute joke. I wasted so much of my time in this god awful place. There are absolutely NO benefits, there’s basically NO pay checks. If you don’t make enough sales then they will give you $10 an hour for 40 hours THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM BACK?! This whole job is basically you going to a store scamming people and getting nasty comments all day. You aren’t reimbursed for gas, you could honestly go...

    Advice to Management

    Get a real job. Stop wasting people’s time and money. Stop getting HR to write these fake 5 star reviews. Learn to treat people with respect and most importantly, get over yourselves.

    Get a grip. Stop lying. You're not here for us, we're here for you because without us, you make no money. The growt of an individ is solely based on how many people he or she recruits and how long they can convince them to be apart of this structure.     I have been with Jonathan Wesley now for over a year. I am currently in an account Executive capacity. In this time I have had to opportunity to earn promotions and additional responsibilities based on my performance. I am guaranteed an hourly pay with opportunities to earn bonuses and commissions. I love the fact that both my bonuses and advancement are based solely on my work ethic. There is no seniority or nepotism....

    I am writing this review because I recently interviewed a candidate who asked about some of the negative responses about the company online. I find it discouraging that in this age of technology sometimes people rely so blindly on social media which really is someone's opinion, and not necessarily fact. I respect that It is a performance based environment and not something everyone may be comfortable with.

    Advice to Management

    Thankyou for creating a fun work environment that is conducive to constant learning and development. I love that I get the chance to volunteer and the bears and hawks game. Would really appreciate if we could do more of that!

    Company outings are fun, office environment friendly (overly friendly)

    Cons

    Little pay, no benefits, long hours... stay away from place or else you'll be brainwashed and lose your sanity. They are willing to hire anybody to make more money. I'm surprise companies such as this one are still running.

    Advice to Management

    "HR" and current employees seem to be the only ones posting the positive reviews about this company. Stop posting jobs about account executive or brand ambassador. These positions are completely different at legitimate companies. Stop giving people false information and hope when you're a scam.

    Pros

    Great company culture, everyone is very helpful, and the management team is very transparent about what their company goal and vision is. I have been with the company for 8 months and I have already seen a tremendous amount of growth. In just this short amount of time I have watched them expanded their company into multiple markets across the US. I am just excited to keep learning and keep growing. Great company!

    If you don't like working with people then this probably is not the job for you.

    If you like Being a glorified Walmart employee this is the job for you!

    Cons

    Literally you don't need a college degree to do this job. Everyone blows smoke about everything going on. They make it seem like it's something more than sales at a Walmart - it's not. No strong mentors. It's a complete scam - I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone I like or even dislike

    Stop lying to people and just say you sell direct tv at Walmart

    Great atmosphere, great team, great leadership, but most of all, GREAT OPPORTUNITY!

    Cons

    As in all sales, you live and die by the sale...or the lack thereof! Unfortunately, there are practically no benefits at the beginning. You'll need to think hard about this job if you require health insurance and such.

    Continue what you are currently doing, continue to keep it fun, keep it focused on team development and EVERYONE who wants to will be successful.

    As I mentioned in the Pro's section... I'm a hard worker. I'm dedicated and want to grow. This position is not meant for those looking to "glide " through their day. Efforts = Rewards. Don't try to work here if you don't have work ethic.
