I have been working at Jonathan Wesley full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I've been with the company for over 3 years now. I got to help them with expansion into New York and now here in Chicago. The company flew me out to Pennsylvania to work on a test pilot with Verizon. They paid for all of my travel expenses including my room for the full month at the Hyatt, car, gas, some meals, etc. Throughout my years at the company, I have leaned allot. Cons

There is no seniority. I currently have my MBA from Michigan State University and while it helped me in the leadership position, it does not guarantee me a higher position than anyone else.

    Advice to Management

I worked at Jonathan Wesley for less than a year

    Pros

Almost broke even since they don't pay you for gas

    Cons

It is full commission and you only get paid if people get their DirecTV installed. When you make more than $500 in a week for sales, they deduct any draw they've given you from a week when you didn't make $500 in sales. You will be poor, put miles on your car, and no you will not be reimbursed for gas or cell phone. And you have to give your personal cell phone out to strangers. Stay away if you know what's good for you.

    Advice to Management

Just shut the office down. And try to offer benefits if you want to actually have employees.
