I worked at Jonathan Wesley full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I met some great friends. Music was okay. It was close to home but that’s honestly about it. Way more cons than pros.

    Cons

This ‘company’ is an absolute joke. I wasted so much of my time in this god awful place. There are absolutely NO benefits, there’s basically NO pay checks. If you don’t make enough sales then they will give you $10 an hour for 40 hours THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM BACK?! This whole job is basically you going to a store scamming people and getting nasty comments all day. You aren’t reimbursed for gas, you could honestly go...

    Advice to Management

Get a real job. Stop wasting people’s time and money. Stop getting HR to write these fake 5 star reviews. Learn to treat people with respect and most importantly, get over yourselves.

I have been working at Jonathan Wesley full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I've been with the company a little over 3 years. This is a career path that starts in sales but has the opportunity to advance wherever you find the best fit. For some people, that means earning a competitive income as a sales agent; for others, it means advancing into a Human Resources role. For me, it was to pursue the path to management. In a little over a year, I earned a position as a Market Director which...

    Cons

A career here requires sales competency regardless of the path an individual chooses within the organization. It is hard work and it is not for everyone.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be transparent throughout the organization.

Thank you for your review. It is an interesting review. You have obviously found fulfillment and have a great success story. Each career has different paths, some gain experience in sales and marketing, human resources, management and some have long fulfilling careers. Being ...

I have been working at Jonathan Wesley full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - It's a great place for personal and professional growth. The training and experience you gain here will bring you success wherever you go. I have even applied some of my training to my marriage, and my wife says that she thinks our relationship has improved. That's how deep they go with this stuff. In my opinion, the tools that I'm acquiring here are better than what I acquired in college, and that's saying a lot...

    Cons

    - You have to be able to maintain you attitude. The field is designed to be like boot camp for managers. A lot of people don't make it. You face a lot of rejection, difficult situations, sales being cancelled, losing sales over technicalities, and a slew of other trials. Some days, you will walk out of the field without getting one sale. You have to be able to face these obstacles and keep your attitude high. They will...

I have been working at Jonathan Wesley full-time for more than a year

    Pros

A great way to build up your resume with hands on sales and management experience. There are opportunities to grow with the company based on performance. Standards for advancements are black and white rather than being based on seniority or nepotism.

    Cons

It is an opportunity and involves hard work. Must be internally motivated and driven. Not for someone looking for a regular 9-5 job just to collect a pay check

    Advice to Management

Lets raise the level of intensity for the new year so that we can continue to grow as a company as individuals as we continue to execute for our clients.
