I worked at Jonathan Wesley full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I met some great friends. Music was okay. It was close to home but that’s honestly about it. Way more cons than pros.

    Cons

This ‘company’ is an absolute joke. I wasted so much of my time in this god awful place. There are absolutely NO benefits, there’s basically NO pay checks. If you don’t make enough sales then they will give you $10 an hour for 40 hours THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM BACK?! This whole job is basically you going to a store scamming people and getting nasty comments all day. You aren’t...

    Advice to Management

Get a real job. Stop wasting people’s time and money. Stop getting HR to write these fake 5 star reviews. Learn to treat people with respect and most importantly, get over yourselves.

I worked at Jonathan Wesley full-time for less than a year

    Pros

sometimes the music in the lobby isn't the same pandora station as every day

    Cons

Wow. Uhm first of all id say all the positive reviews here are all fake and staged by the employees because their managers tell them so. In an office you should be greeted daily by the front desk, correct? Not here. you're treated like a celebrity your very first time to give you a false sense of importance. Every time after your first visit, the front desk notices who you are and it's like you don't exist to them. When...

    Advice to Management

Get a grip. Stop lying. You're not here for us, we're here for you because without us, you make no money. The growt of an individ is solely based on how many people he or she recruits and how long they can convince them to be apart of this structure. Your conference calls are pointless, and it's disappointing on how even though the hours are put in, yet it still hurts you to give us the paycheck. The company idolizes...

I worked at Jonathan Wesley full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great environment, great team building exercises, good training, great benefits once you begin to move up through the company.

    Cons

No mileage reimbursement, not paid for travel time or time at the office. You are only paid for time at your assigned location and you don't get hourly pay and sales. It's one or the other. No benefits until you become a manger.

    Advice to Management

Give some type of reimbursement for mileage or travel time. Increase hourly wage or pay for time at the office.

I worked at Jonathan Wesley full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Company outings are fun, office environment friendly (overly friendly)

    Cons

Little pay, no benefits, long hours... stay away from place or else you'll be brainwashed and lose your sanity. They are willing to hire anybody to make more money. I'm surprise companies such as this one are still running.

    Advice to Management

"HR" and current employees seem to be the only ones posting the positive reviews about this company. Stop posting jobs about account executive or brand ambassador. These positions are completely different at legitimate companies. Stop giving people false information and hope when you're a scam.

    Pros

    The Office environment is friendly.

    Cons

A disaster. A total disaster. If you like sales and commission, this is the job for you. No benefits at all. Many people turn you down, you have to go to other retailers to sell services from other major companies, and your gas is not reimbursed. If you are a college graduate, you deserve better. Trust me.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing you, but be more realistic and honest.

    Pros

Great atmosphere, great team, great leadership, but most of all, GREAT OPPORTUNITY!

    Cons

As in all sales, you live and die by the sale...or the lack thereof! Unfortunately, there are practically no benefits at the beginning. You'll need to think hard about this job if you require health insurance and such.

    Advice to Management

Continue what you are currently doing, continue to keep it fun, keep it focused on team development and EVERYONE who wants to will be successful.

Phenominal learning environment for those trying to get their feet wet. Great group of close knit individuals who will do their best to keep you motivated and focused on the ultimate goal of owning your own fortune 100 portfolio business.

      Cons

You will be sent out to a Wal-Mart in the chicago-land area pushing Direct-TV to people that are sick of seeing the company in the store for the 100th time. You will practically give your free time up without compensation to be in endless meetings and team nights. No benefits and sales reject rate.
