    Pros

Good exposure to new media/internet industry, good hours and no weekend work. Decent personalities and strong track record in their lower middle market media advisory space

    Cons

Not really an inv bank, people do not have legit wall st finance backgrounds, m&a experience is limited for sr pros as well as jr pros, jr guys nor sr guys do not know basic corp finance, deal structuring, taxes, valuation techniques etc. manage because clients are small cos with unsohoisticated management teams

    Advice to Management

Call yourself a media advisory/consulting firm not an investment bank

I worked at Jordan Edmiston full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

light on leadership so one may do what they may want or need to do to move on to an investment banking environment.

    Cons

Not much strength in corporate finance or m & a. Lots of guys saying yes.
