This is a great steady place to work. The people are great and the pay is decent.
Its not a very ambitious place to work. It is hard to get anything done much like other government branches everything has its red tape. It is hard to move up the latter here as well. Everyone stays in their positions for a long time.
great work life balance. slow pace if that is what you are looking for
a lot of politics. very little career opportunities, partly because of the small size of the organization
