    Negative Outlook

    I worked at Jordans full-time

    Pros

    Staff are talented and friendly

    Cons

Management marginalised staff input, not invested into a team environment, critical vs positive reinforcement. Preferential treatment to some staff members who speak mandarin. Shifting policies depending on who you speak to. No encouragement in the part of management. All meetings and events outside of working hours are mandatory although unpaid.

    Advice to Management

Get involved and be relevant. Creating a team environment means you have to be a participant.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

    - Very clean working environment
    - Pick your own 8 hours to work times

    Cons

    - Poor management with never any feedback given
    - Poor communication
    - No one in the office ever has a conversation. It is dead silent and would be disruptive if to ask the person next to you how their day was
    - Poor pay with lunch break not included in full time hours
    - Unfriendly and with tensions that can make the day long

    Advice to Management

To treat the staff as more respect. There is no need to be "friends' but there should be a need to be a "community" or a "team".
To be more fair when evaluating and not to judge skills without testing them first

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Jordans as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

I loved working for this company. I had many projects to work on, no time to be bored. I was working alone on some projects and with my team on some others so it is a good way to get used to working in groups.
    Besides, the salary was high.

    Cons

This company is quite small so there are not so many chances of being promoted, unless you choose to relocate.
