    Pros

The level of professionalism associated with the group was high. A number of people took ownership for their work product and this was nice.

    Cons

Upper management was zealous about protecting their cleint base and growth within th company was somewhat limited as a result.

    Advice to Management

Invest money within the company systems and employees to allow for growth within the platform thereby allowing for the group across all levels to grow.

    Pros

The company has a decent set of clients; however, the organization is managed by a group of partners that are all beating to their own individual drums.

    Cons

Inconsistent work product, weak benefits, no upward mobility. Promises of possible ownership with no real path or concrete requirements.

    Pros

Small staff allows everyone to get to know each other. Also, the manager is very experienced and very good at sharing insights and developing staff.

    Cons

Internal software system does not allow for truly efficient sharing of market information between associates.

    Advice to Management

Further development of information sharing of real estate data within company/office.
